FACTS Family PortalFACTS Family Portal Instructions
- Go to https://factsmgt.com/
- Select Parents, FACTS Family Portal, and Log in to Family Portal
- Select Create New Family Portal Account
- Our District Code is: STMS-TX
- Enter your email address and click Create An Account
- You will then receive an email containing a link to allow you to create a username and password
- Click Save Username and/or Password once you have entered that information
- Close the window and open a new browser.
- Login to FACTS Family Portal from new window with username and password
- Instructions will navigate you to the Open Enrollment Packet
- FACTS offers Live Support once a PIN is created at https://factsmgt.com/support/
- If you have begun the application process or are Enrolling or Re-enrolling for upcoming school year, Go to https://factsmgt.com/, Select Parents, FACTS Family Portal, and Log In to Family Portal
- Our District Code is: STMS-TX, type username and password
- Click Apply/Enroll from the menu options
- Click Enrollment/Reenrollment and follow prompts/links to open, edit, and submit your packet
- Information will be saved should you need to exit and return to complete.
